Box Office Associates

Monumental Theatre is seeking Box Office Associates for our summer production of American Psycho. Box Office Associates will check patrons in, oversee online ticket sales, take door sales, and provide excellent customer service. Hours will be one hour before the show until the show begins. Box Office Associates will learn or be familiar with our ticketing software. Candidates must be comfortable on a computer. Previous box office or customer service experience strongly encouraged. House Managers

Monumental Theatre is seeking House Managers for our summer production of American Psycho. House Manager duties include overseeing front-of-house operations, directing patrons to seats, addressing patron concerns, arranging late seating, and providing excellent customer service. Ability to work well on your feet and customer service experience are highly recommended. Hours will be one hour before the show until the show has concluded and every patron has left.
