Sara Reilly (she/her) is Monumental's Director of Development and is passionate about continuing to support the growth and evolution of MTC through fundraising and grant writing.

Sara began her artistic journey as a performer and stage manager, before transitioning into her career as an arts administrator, project manager, consultant, and development professional. She works full time for National New Play Network as their Director of Development, and serves various arts organizations in the Washington DC metropolitan area through her consulting practice, The Woodshire Group.

In her free time, Sara is a freelance photographer and can be found working behind the front desk of Soulfire Collective Yoga in Bethesda, MD.
