Jimmy Mavrikes (he/him) is Monumental’s Co-Artistic Director. He directed Monumental's productions of Head Over Heels and Five Lesbians Eating a Quiche. He also created the Flip Flop: A Miscast Cabaret Series, and has directed and many of Monumental's cabarets, concerts, and fundraisers.

In addition to his work for Monumental, Jimmy is a Helen Hayes award-winning actor for his work on stage. He has been seen on the stages of Signature Theatre, Arena Stage, Olney Theatre, Imagination Stage, 1st Stage, The Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, and many more. In 2019, he won the Helen Hayes award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a musical for his work in Girlfriend at Signature Theatre. Jimmy is a proud member of Actor's Equity.

Michael Windsor (he/him) is a four-time Helen Hayes-nominated director and Co-Artistic Director of Monumental Theatre Company. Windsor's direction has been praised for being "unconventional" and "a refreshing take on musical theatre."

Marika Contouris (she/her) is Monumental's resident Music Supervisor. She has lead the vocal and music direction for myriad Monumental productions, cabarets, and concerts, including American Psycho, Spring Awakening, tick, tick...BOOM!, Songs for a New World, Head Over Heels, Be More Chill, Daddy Long Legs, and Brooklyn.

She holds a BM in Musical Theatre from The Catholic University of America and serves as Vocal Instructor & Area Accompanist for Howard University's BFA Musical Theatre Program.
